The Aspects
Aspects between planets are the fine tuning
of time!
In a Horoscope they determine if someone
has a easy, or a hard live.
Aspects between Transit- and Radix- Positions
determine the quality of time a particular person is in, was in, or will
be in. Aspects of Radix- and Transit-Planets to the MC / IC and Asc. /
Desc. axes determine the quality of the exchange between a particular person
and his/her environment (such as family, partners, the public in general
or simply their own attitude towards others).
However, a good aspect between two rather
difficult degree positions may overall be less exiting than a bad aspect
between two really good degree positions.
Example:
on 21º  in the II. House
in a  aspect to 
on 14º  in the V. House.
The Sun in the II. House should bring financial success, the Saturn in
the V. House might not be such a exiting setting, but it would make steady,
reliable and able to achieve slow progress. The Trine aspect between those
two planets should slowly bring financial success and stable well being.
If we check now the two degree positions; 14º Scorpio is rather made
to enjoy life than work hard and 21º Cancer is just taking it as it
comes anyway. So, the steady efforts that would be required to make the
promises of the aspect and the house positions become definite, are simply
not guaranteed by these degrees. Nevertheless, the whole constellation
will give this person easy money. Naturally not millions, but enough to
enjoy a easy, simple living.

too. Nevertheless, they will be dominant. Acknowledgment of their personality

Notice: While Radix aspects -of any planet-
to the Asc. / Desc. and MC / IC axis are permanent (at least as long as
a person lives in the region where those aspects are in effect), the Transit
aspects can often be avoided by traveling -for the time they last- to a
place outside the orb zone of that particular Transit aspect.
